5. Dispute and Resolution: If the customer is unsatisfied with the service, they can raise a dispute. Our dispute resolution team will then step in to review the case. If the dispute is resolved in the customer's favor, a partial or full refund will be made from the funds held in escrow back to the customer.

One-time Purchases.  To access packages or other one-off content packages offered by myresumentor.com, payment must be made in advance. Payment will be automatically charged to the user's credit card in the amount specified for the chosen package, and all payments are non-refundable.
